What we collect, and why

This website
There are no cookies, analytics or trackers on this site. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) under GitHub's privacy statement.
Pilot requests
When you request a pilot we store what you type in the form: your name, work email, company, what you run, and your message, with the date. We also store a one-way hash of your network address, used only to block repeated spam submissions. We use these details to reply to you and to run your pilot, and for nothing else. We don't sell or share them, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
MDJaada installations
MDJaada runs on your own servers. Your monitoring data (statuses, metrics, traces, logs, incidents) stays there and is never sent to us.
If you switch on the daily check-in during setup, your MDJaada server sends us once a day: your licence key (to
know which pilot it is), a random installation ID, the MDJaada version, and the numbers of agents, nodes per type
and incidents in the last day. No names, host names, addresses, settings or monitoring data. You can switch it off
at any time (MDJAADA_CHECKIN=0 in .env, then ./setup.sh).
Where it is stored, and for how long
Pilot requests and check-ins are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database (Cloudflare, Inc., data stored in the Asia-Pacific region). We keep them while we are in contact with you about MDJaada, and delete them when you ask.
